All office visits are by appointment with your therapist directly. Psychotherapy sessions will be 50 minutes in length. Increased session length may be negotiated and will be charged accordingly. Please arrive on time as the session end time will not change and you will have a shortened session. You agree to be responsible for the full fee even if you arrive late to your session.
- Assessment (Initial Session) $130
- Standard Session $100 (50-minute session)
- Group Therapy $45 (90 minute session)
Payment in full is required at the time of the session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon with us. Cash, check, all major credit cards and many HSA account cards accepted for payment. We will also help any Out-of-Network clients receive reimbursement by providing any necessary documentation or communication.
Accepted Insurances (Varies by clinician)
- Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time and no-show appointments will be billed for the full amount and are charged to the credit card on file. Insurance companies may not pay for no-show charges or late cancellation charges. If your appointment is cancelled or missed, contact your therapist for a new appointment time. After 3 cancellations or no shows, you will not be able to schedule another appointment and will be referred to another provider. If you have arranged with your therapist to have standing appointments, then after the first no show, all appointments will be removed from the schedule and will have to arrange appointments weekly.
